CW Contracting has been the exclusive maintenance contractor for our 208-home community for several years now. And we intend to keep it that way. They handle all of our routine property maintenance like painting, gutter cleaning and exterior repairs. CW also does our large-scale projects, such as our clubhouse remodel and immediate storm damage repair. We have been lucky to form a close relationship with Chris and the crew. One of the benefits is creative problem solving for our specific community needs and a flexibility that allows us to actually save money. That relationship also extends to our residents. Most use CW for their in-home repairs and renovations. They trust the crew, and the work. They are comfortable in the knowledge that CW is here regularly if they have any question or problem. His Mom doesn't live here, but he treats us like she does!
